The Self-Care Queen is a reminder that even on the hardest of days, Your Highness is not gone. She is just giving herself a really needed time to just be. No roles. No nothing. Just being according to the energy that is present within that day.
Some days it is not pretty or productive or even kind. But it doesn’t mean that we have failed. It just means that we have capacity for many different emotions and because we are the self-care queens, we ALLOW ourselves to have those days that would normally not be accepted for queen behaviour.
But because we are our own queens, we have our own rules. So, let this be a bit of a rebellion towards the perfection and good girl -roles we learnt to play. The queen is here to give us a break. Because even she needs to let herself be who she is. A vast expression of the human condition. And that is far from perfect, but everything to love.
