Art brought me back to myself

My name is Maija Rantala. I am a self-taught artist living in the forests of Finland.

I love to paint as a way of understanding myself and the human experience more deeply.

My work explores existential questions and creates space for self-reflection.

The characters I paint become mirrors, reflecting back the love that already lives within us.
