The thin white line guides the traveler to the forest, in to the depths of it. Everything else is a distraction… Either opening or closing the heart. Fear closes it, and love opens it. We need both lessons to learn to love with our hearts. Fear is in yesterday, and distracts us till tomorrow. Maybe love can melt time, mending the now moment into presence? The different forms in the painting can represent thought forms in the mind. Which ones distracts us and which ones directs us?

Welcoming ourselves as we are, learning to recognise the healing from the destruction, and with our hearts as our guide, journeying back to life, back to love, back to our selves.
